Technical oversight: Provide engineering support for marine structures, including design interpretation, constructability reviews, and quality assurance.
Project planning and execution: Assist in developing work plans, schedules, and budgets for marine construction projects.
Problem-solving: Identify risks, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement in project delivery.
Field coordination: Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and craft workers to ensure safe and efficient execution of construction activities.

6-10 years of experience in construction operations, preferably in infrastructure, heavy civil, or industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Regular, reliable attendance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to project challenges.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, P6, HCSS) and Microsoft Office Suite; understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and safety protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead a team of construction professionals and collaborate effectively across project teams.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng) preferred but not required.
