Champion a safe work environment by consistently following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist with traffic control set-up, including moving and dismantling signs, barricades, and cones.
Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
Operate, adjust, and maintain advanced GPS equipment, rovers, and related instruments for precise level setting and grade adjustments.
Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
Interpret and implement construction plans to support project preparation and execution.
Support field activities such as driving stakes, clearing brush, and handling materials and tools.
Calculate and document cross sections of completed work for project assessment and payment review.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or GED.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
Previous experience in construction or surveying is a plus but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential!
