Candidates must have recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community and proven supervisory or management experience. Yardi experience is preferred, and strong team‑building, marketing, budgeting, and sales skills are required. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and consent to possible audio recordings are also mandatory.
