The position focuses on installing, programming, troubleshooting, configuring, and commissioning fire alarm systems at commercial sites. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, submittals, and manuals, as well as applying knowledge of system sequences and interfacing with related systems.
Candidates must have at least five years of documented fire‑alarm experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrated ability to use hand tools, multimeters, and commissioning devices. Physical requirements include lifting 50‑70 lb, working at heights up to 40 ft, and navigating ducts or crawl spaces, with flexibility to work weekends and travel overnight.
