Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for six procurement staff.
Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery reliability, and scope compliance across awarded projects.
Develop procurement strategies for major MEP packages per category (HVAC, electrical, ELV, plumbing, etc.).
Weekly tender procurement status update to Bid Manager.
Drive cost benchmarking, price analysis, and best technical-economic solutions.
Maintain and update the approved vendor database and preferred bidder lists.
Lead all MEP RFQ issuance, price collection, scope alignment, and commercial clarifications at tender stage.
