Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, support, and related equipment, following blueprints.
Perform job site housekeeping duties
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and expectations.
Analyze all welds to ensure they are free of porosity and discontinuities.
Identify and tag material with written symbol for assembly and inspection.
Operate laser welding equipment to fabricate and assemble materials based on job specifications.
Clean work area and restock supplies and materials, as necessary.
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair mobile and fixed assets.
Align components using calipers, rulers, etc. and clamp pieces.
Assist in installation or assemblies in shop or field

Demonstrated dexterity and attention to detail.
Flexible hours, Willing to work 50-60 hours a week and Saturdays during peak season.
Preferred one-year related experience and/or training with welding experience.
Layout and mark weld points on parts or subassemblies.
Able to schedule your own daily, and weekly work and jobs.
Willing to work outside in hot and cold weather
Welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication skills.
Required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
A critical thinker with a demonstrated sound work ethic.
Strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail for precision work and quality control
Strong mechanical skills are needed to do repairs and maintenance.
Welding certifications preferred
Training and certification to weld.
Valid driver license
Experience with drawing, TIG Weld, C, 3G, GTAW, FCAW, and MIG Welding processes.
Driver's license with clean driving record
Knowledge of metallurgy, thermal dynamics and different types of metals
Proficient with various welding techniques
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
