Manage existing library of master designs & ensure continual optimisation
Oversee and manage continued innovation of the existing design library
Assist with delivery of tenders to ensure project conversion

Proficient in the use of REVIT application to design, alter and update Residential (Class 1) designs
Strong relationship building skills with Internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience reviewing, updating and designing residential homes with modern innovations
High level of experience in with Residential (Class 1) designs
Solid understanding of construction, product and regulation/compliance matters
Qualification in Architecture or Building Design.
Well-developed problem-solving skills, structured and analytical thinker
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, residential construction techniques, Australian Standards and authority requirements.
