The BOC Specialist will monitor and operate the Building Automation System, answer Service Desk calls, and create work orders. The role involves applying system adjustments in response to tenant calls, work orders, and alarms, while coordinating with the call center and field trades to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with at least ten years of progressive experience, including three years of BAS monitoring and DDC controls. Technical skills required include reading technical documentation, troubleshooting wiring, using Windows PCs, and knowledge of HVAC, mechanical/electrical equipment, and network topologies. Desired certifications include Schneider Controls and Building Automation certifications.
The position demands physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, use a 12‑foot stepladder, work at heights up to 60 feet, and perform repetitive activities such as climbing, squatting, and reaching overhead. Good vision (corrected if needed), color perception, hearing, and English communication are also required.
