Conveys caller/visitor information accurately per front desk guidelines & procedures.
Scan and route incoming mail.
Maintains office security—following office security policy—ensuring that employees escort all visitors. Notify front desk supervisor of any escort issues.
Notifies tech support about issues with the phone system to ensure a timely resolution.
Communicates pertinent daily information to back up receptionists.
Assist Accounting department with travel oversite and other accounting related duties such as accounts payable.
Acts as a backup for managing incoming faxes, data entry (as required), & some conference room support as needed (making copies, etc.).
Covers the front desk from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Distribute quarterly newsletters and other marketing distributions.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx/UPS.
Handles incoming calls courteously & treat visitors per policies & procedures, implementing emergency front desk procedures, as required.
Assist with passive recruiting efforts such as sourcing candidates/reviewing resumes on job boards like LinkedIn.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years of related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
