Description

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for generating new leads, managing property listings, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.

• Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to achieve company goals
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events to represent the company
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate listing platforms
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in Dubai/UAE
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
