Break down and perform visual inspection of internal working parts for structures or sub-assemblies
Shot blast off paint /rust / etc. using sanding procedure
Disassemble major structures and sub-assemblies for boiler parts in a timely manner and according to job order, verbal instructions, procedures, and / or blueprints
Set up and operate grinders / sanders, jackhammers, oven, pneumatic tools, saws, cranes, blast booth, and fork lifts
Be responsible for cleaning parts
Assist more experienced Assemblers with assembly
Record measurements on various documents
Use measuring tools and apply knowledge of basic mathematics to measure various parts / components
Operate scissor lift as needed
