What you would be doing

Referring major issues to vendors or managers.
Recommending system improvements to supervisors.
Diagnosing technology issues through manuals and user interaction.
Participating in after-hours and weekend helpdesk support.
Responding to helpdesk inquiries and resolving software/hardware issues.
Setting up and maintaining employee equipment (adds, moves, changes).
Championing sustainable work practices and fostering a green workplace culture.
Training users on hardware/software usage.
Monitoring system performance and reporting errors.
Supporting IP phone systems (Tier 1) and mobile/peripheral devices (Tier 2).
Performing minor hardware/software repairs and maintaining inventory records.

Familiarity with remote access technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Technical or Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
