Experience defining and tracking success and KPIs on campus program initiatives
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external service

Proven ability to manage high volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment and selection in the Campus recruitment space
6-10 years of full cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience; preferably for engineering or technical students and graduates
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
3-5 years of experience leading small to mid-sized teams preferably in campus recruitment
Able to handle and manage conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up and follow-through skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
College or university degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
