Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of crane components in accordance with project timelines.
Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inspections and documentation review.
Work closely with design engineering to communicate technical requirements and ensure manufacturability in accordance with CMAA structural, mechanical, and electrical specifications.
Support Customers through working directly with Project Management team to maintain customer delivery schedule.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to control costs, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize spending.
Support procurement in developing RFQs, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate vendor capacity, capability, and compliance.
Provide technical guidance to subcontractors regarding crane design, load calculations, structural components, and fabrication requirements.
Track and control costs associated with subcontracted work.
Ensure timely and accurate flow of drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Review and validate invoices, change orders, and claims.
Prepare financial forecasts, variance reports, and cost–benefit analyses to support organizational decision-making.
Implement corrective and preventive action plans when non-conformance issues are identified.
Develop and manage the crane operations budget, including subcontractor costs, installation costs, equipment rentals, and other related expenses.
Identify, qualify, and manage subcontracted manufacturing partners for crane components and assemblies.
Establish clear expectations around scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics aligned with CMAA, ASME, OSHA and applicable ISO Standard crane classifications and requirements.

Working knowledge of CMAA, UL, NEC/NFPA, CE and OSHA standards and specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Able to trouble shoot and identify problems, root causes, alternative solutions and components
5–10 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing, crane fabrication, structural steel, or a similar industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Proficient in MS Office products
Knowledgeable of sensory technologies Laser, Radar, LIDAR, Ultrasonic, Scanners, Vision, etc.
A Certified PE license is a plus.
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
Experience managing subcontractors or external manufacturing suppliers.
Strong knowledge of crane design, fabrication processes, welding, machining, and structural assembly.
Excellent project management, organizational, and contract administration skills.
Prior experience working with or applying CMAA crane standards (e.g., CMAA 70, CMAA 74, CMAA 78) is strongly preferred
