- Capable of pushing and pulling appliance dollies weighing up to 200 lbs. and moving items between floors
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs, kneel, balance, reach overhead, walk, and twist comfortably
- General understanding of light repair on electric, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 45 lbs., with occasional lifts up to 80 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable vision, hearing, and speech abilities (with or without corrective devices)
