The Senior Facilities Executive will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, collaborating with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services run smoothly while continuously seeking process improvements.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Coordinate with MEP contractors and vendors; ensure SLA compliance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and fire‑safety protocols
- Monitor energy management, sustainability initiatives, and workplace health & safety programs
- Supervise housekeeping, catering, reception, security, mail services, parking, and access control
- Manage office moves, space planning, and workplace services
- Control vendor relationships, contracts, performance reviews, and audits
- Track operational expenses, drive cost‑optimization, and manage petty‑cash and invoice processes
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports (DMR, DSR, cleaning schedules, equipment checklists, incident summaries, consumption reports, asset register audits, etc.)

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, hotel, or building management and has three to five years of facilities‑management experience, strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety, and a proven track record of leading teams and executing improvement plans.
