Monitor daily progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety audits
Maintain accurate records of electrical works, inspections, and test results
Supervise installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, fire alarms, and process equipment connections
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning
Verify compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
Lead and coordinate electrical teams (contractors, technicians, and apprentices) on-site
Support handover documentation for client and regulatory authorities
Support validation and qualification activities for electrical systems (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for project management
Investigate and resolve safety incidents or near misses
Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams to ensure seamless integration
Ensure all electrical installations meet pharma industry requirements, including GMP and cleanroom standards

Minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience in electrical works, preferably in pharma or high-tech construction projects
Degree educated or a strong trade background
