- Conduct raw material testing and chemical analysis using wet chemistry techniques.
- Perform Ph testing, viscosity, density, and NIR analysis.
- Analyze samples for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Utilize analytical instrumentation such as GC-MS for testing.
- Maintain quality documentation following GMP protocols.
- Ensure accurate batch records and use SAP for data management.

- Strong understanding of GMP protocols and quality documentation.
- Experience with instrumentation such as Gas Chromatography, NIR, and various wet chemistry techniques.
- Candidate MUST have experience with GC-MS for 3 years
- Knowledge of specific gravity, refractive index, melting point, and residue on ignition.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation including GC-MS.
- Proficiency in raw material testing and chemical analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences.
- 3-4 years of experience in food, flavor, or chemical GMP manufacturing environments, with pharmaceutical experience considered.
- Ability to conduct wet chemistry techniques and Ph testing.

- Breaks are flexible, with a suggested 30-minute break for an eight-hour shift.
- The lab operates on alternating 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to occasionally work night shifts. The team is small, typically working with 1-2 other people at a time.
