- Provide counsel on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint ventures.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal services.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and serve as a business-minded partner to the executive team.
