- 3+ years’ experience managing AV, ICT, or technology integration projects in a design-build environment.
- A college degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Professional certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, RTPM, PMP, or Six Sigma belts.
- 3+ years of experience as an AV Project Manager, Job Foreman, or similar role overseeing construction-based integration projects (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, RTPM, PMP, or Six Sigma are a strong plus.
- Strong familiarity with industry standards, compliance regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of ICT and/or AV systems, with technical or design experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
- A driven, high-performing professional with strong leadership skills and an exceptional work ethic.
- Proven experience in budget management, project scheduling, and labor coordination.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across engineering, estimating, sales, operations, and multiple trades.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence managing client interactions.
- Technical or design background in audiovisual systems, structured cabling, access control, wireless, or DAS.
