We are seeking a proactive Service Technician – Temperature Control/Refrigeration to manage field and depot service for our temporary cooling fleet across the assigned region in North India. The role involves maintaining chillers, A/C units, AHUs, and related equipment to deliver optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Perform total maintenance on temporary cooling fleet assets (chillers, A/C, AHU, CT, fluid pumps) to maximize return on expenditure.
- Maintain material inventories and ensure tools are ready for use.
- Conduct leak testing, brazing, and troubleshooting of chillers; operate Carel, Trane, and York Millennium controllers.
- Execute weekly/monthly scheduled service plans to sustain fleet performance in North India.
- Carry out internal maintenance, repairs, and on‑site commissioning/de‑commissioning for customers.
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and repair costs.
- Complete service order paperwork accurately for stock and asset verification.
- Monitor equipment performance and provide corrective guidance to site engineers/operators.
- Train operators/technicians and maintain diligent log sheets.
- Respond promptly to client requirements, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Comply with Aggreko’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Report competitor activity observed at customer sites.

- Hold a trade qualification or degree/diploma in refrigeration, air‑conditioning, or related mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Possess a valid light‑vehicle driver’s license and be willing to travel and be on call.
- Have 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with Trane, SystemAir, or Christopia chillers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Show ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A restricted electrical licence is preferred.
