  • Provides status updates on parcels subject to condemnation
  • Coordinates with title companies and appraisers to ensure due diligence documents are obtained in a timely manner
  • Follow up on marketing survey results and helpline/email box inquiries
  • Anticipates group needs and proactively seeks solutions
  • Works closely with and provides general assistance and support to the Land Acquisition & Compliance Manager, Land Acquisition Document & Compliance Team Lead, Location Coordinators, and Land Compliance Specialist
  • Supports location committee meetings and/or witness prep meetings
  • Participates in Public Information Meetings on an as-needed basis
  • Ensures accuracy of fee simple and/or tax form documentation and submits same to Property Accounting Department
  • Delivers assignments with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness with minimal follow-up
  • Utilizes software to reflect accurate deadlines and expected completion dates
  • Coordinates with Land Research, Land Engineering, Legal, Region External and Power Delivery Departments
  • Provides assistance with public info meetings and condemnation hearings

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook is required
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of software platforms and websites such as LIMS and GSCCCA. Must be able to learn them quickly if no direct experience
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Self-directed with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • General understanding of real estate, condemnation law, and/or tax matters. Must be able to learn them quickly if no direct experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with research experience and the ability to meet hard deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Legal, real estate, and/or tax experience preferred
  • Adapts quickly to changing conditions and effectively manages multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work largely independently with occasional supervision, guidance, and support
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience required
