Civil Engineer II/III

Description

• Coordinate and oversee consultant services (civil, environmental, survey), including scope development, contract administration, and invoice review.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record for erosion, sediment control, and stormwater plans, including calculations and permit submittals to AHJs.
• Lead and manage design and engineering teams to perform site constraint analyses, including zoning, topography, environmental factors, and soil conditions.
• Direct preparation and revisions of site/civil plans and respond to AHJ comments to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Control project schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with all applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Civil Land development experience
• PV experience preferred
• EIT or PE preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
