The Team Lead will oversee and develop the local HR teams, ensure compliance with UK and Irish labour laws, and act as the escalation point for complex employee‑relations matters. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, the role will translate global HR standards into local practice, monitor service delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement and process harmonisation. The position also ensures audit readiness, data accuracy, and represents HR in regulatory interactions.
Candidates must have at least seven years of operational HR experience, including responsibility for the employee lifecycle and HR services, and proven leadership of HR teams across multiple countries. A deep knowledge of UK and Irish labour legislation, experience with employee‑relations escalations, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors are essential. Strong communication, a service‑oriented mindset, and a methodical, solution‑driven approach to complex multinational environments are also required.
