As part of the team, you will help clients navigate the energy transition from new generation and grid modernization to data center energy campus development and strategic planning, working on high‑impact projects with industry‑leading experts and building a career in energy and infrastructure consulting.
The role involves defining and executing strategies for new and existing power projects, supporting business‑operations improvement, and delivering rigorous analysis and practical recommendations through multidisciplinary consulting‑engineering teams.
- Support project development and strategic planning with market, technology, and policy assessments
- Lead and contribute to economic and cost analyses, risk assessments, and contracting strategies
- Conduct technical due diligence and owner’s engineering reviews for power and energy projects
- Provide program and project management support, improving governance, processes, controls, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop conceptual plans in collaboration with technical teams
- Prepare and present implementation strategies and plans to executives and project teams
- Translate technical findings into clear client‑ready presentations and written reports
- Lead discrete workstreams within larger client engagements
- Coordinate daily activities of junior team members and review their deliverables
- Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and client relationship building

The successful candidate will bring prior consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and energy‑sector knowledge to work on projects involving generation development, grid modernization, renewable integration, and new load growth, with exposure to technical details and executive‑level decisions. This is a full‑time, client‑facing position with extensive exposure to technical experts across the firm.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five to ten years of energy/power industry experience, including at least three years in consulting or advisory roles, with demonstrated analytical, communication, and client‑interaction skills.
- Experience in technical due diligence and owner’s engineering design reviews of power projects
- Knowledge of power station operations, performance drivers, and financial metrics
- Understanding of electric utility business models, planning processes, and operations
- Experience with economic evaluation, cost analysis, and contract development (PPAs, EPC, O&M)
