Supervise and manage all civil activities for substations, including foundations, trenches, cable ducts, control buildings, equipment plinths, and site development.
Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality, TAQA, ADDC, DEWA and relevant UAE authority requirements.
Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling activities.
Monitor material deliveries, conduct inspections, and support the preparation of MIR and RFI submissions.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and project timelines.
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and support design clarifications with the engineering team.
Coordinate with consultants, client representatives (TAQA/ADDC/DEWA), and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, IFC/approved shop drawings, and method statements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Minimum 7 years of civil construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in substation projects in the UAE.
