- Introduce improved workflows and implement best practices in CGI production
- Use 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering tools to produce engaging creative outputs
- Lead, advise, and mentor less experienced members of the team, promoting best practices
- Develop lifestyle CGI roomsets showcasing products in aspirational settings
- Contribute to strategic decisions, helping shape the future of our creative output
- Work with internal teams to adapt and refine assets to meet creative and commercial goals
- Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment
- Create CGI renders, animations, and interior and product visualisations for a range of digital platforms
- Stay updated on new technologies, software, and design trends within CGI and 3D
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver impactful work
- Support post-production processes including image editing, compositing, and touch-ups

- Experience managing projects, presenting concepts, and engaging with stakeholders

- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema4D)
- Portfolio demonstrating CGI or 3D design projects
- Proven leadership ability and project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of rendering engines, lighting, and photorealistic techniques
- Proficiency in lighting, materials, and photorealistic rendering techniques
- Familiarity with rendering engines and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of brand consistency in visual outputs
- Strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create high-quality, press-ready imagery
- 5+ years of professional CGI/3D design experience
