  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Teamwork – strong focus on two-way feedback and collaboration; supporting, developing and learning from teammates
  • Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards
  • Strong design visualisation skills including sketching, hand drawing as well as fluency in Revit and Adobe graphics programs.
  • Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or similar. We look favourably on candidates who are Green Star Accredited Professionals
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • A strong conceptual designer who can produce compelling sketch plans and articulate design narratives.
