- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Teamwork – strong focus on two-way feedback and collaboration; supporting, developing and learning from teammates
- Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards
- Strong design visualisation skills including sketching, hand drawing as well as fluency in Revit and Adobe graphics programs.
- Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or similar. We look favourably on candidates who are Green Star Accredited Professionals
- Exceptional project management skills
- A strong conceptual designer who can produce compelling sketch plans and articulate design narratives.
