The Facilities Site Manager is accountable for an assigned client portfolio or site within Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services organization. This role oversees overall performance, profitable growth, customer relationships, satisfaction, continuous improvement, contract renewal, and managing client expectations. The manager acts as a liaison between C&W Services business functions and the client, ensuring proactive communication and results.
Key duties include establishing productive relationships with key customers at various organizational levels, developing and maintaining KPI records, and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. The manager creates an annual strategic plan and budget aligned with client objectives, monitors budgets and P&L performance, and administers cost‑containment initiatives. They lead Quarterly Business Review and Annual Business Review meetings, engaging internal executive leadership, and collaborate with Business Development to identify new growth opportunities.
Leadership responsibilities encompass directing all assigned account personnel, fostering a safety‑focused culture, and implementing career development programs for account leadership. The manager proactively assesses client needs, coordinates company resources to meet performance objectives, and communicates updates and initiatives to clients regularly. They also oversee contractual service delivery, measure team performance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Candidates must have at least five years of facilities and manufacturing maintenance experience, strong customer relationship management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required competencies include negotiation, effective communication, change‑agent mindset, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a matrix organization. Experience in business development or operations is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $81,600 to $96,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
