The Talent Management Specialist role in Dubai will support the UAE business by coordinating in‑house training, managing the graduate development program, and serving as the primary contact for talent‑related inquiries. The position works across all business lines, linking internal stakeholders with external providers to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives and Emiratization projects.
- Coordinate and arrange training programs to meet identified learning needs.
- Manage training invitations, track responses, and monitor attendance.
- Organize logistics for sessions, including venues, travel, and accommodation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers for smooth program delivery.
- Maintain and update training databases with accurate participation records.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
- Administer post‑training evaluations, compile feedback, and generate improvement reports.
- Respond promptly to general training queries.
- Issue certificates for training and graduate programs.
- Review study leave requests and draft approval letters.
- Provide on‑site support at training events and meetings.
- Support Graduate Development, Performance Management, and other Talent Management initiatives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for graduate‑related queries.
- Assist Emiratization initiatives with all Talent Management requirements.
- Take meeting minutes and document action items.
- Research training content and curate learning pathways.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Up to 1 year HR experience preferred; exposure to Talent Management or L&D is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, detail‑orientation, and communication skills.
