In this role, you will act as the subject‑matter expert on medical coding standards, compliance and best practices, assess client needs, design solutions and manage multiple engagements while delivering presentations and consultative guidance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stay current with coding regulations, mentor Associates, and support business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, possesses 3–5 years of hands‑on medical coding across specialties, and has a professional coding certification. Strong multitasking, executive‑level presentation, leadership in multicultural environments, communication, and proficiency with coding software are essential, with consulting or compliance experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 2–3 years of healthcare‑related work.
- 3–5 years hands‑on medical coding experience across specialties.
- Certified professional coder (CPC, CCS, RHIT, or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong presentation skills for executive‑level audiences.
- Proven leadership in multicultural, cross‑functional environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with coding software and healthcare data systems.
- Preferred: training, support or consulting advisory experience; compliance or professional standards experience.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $81,000 and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
