  • Communicate clearly and professionally with subcontractors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate logistics operations within the construction and transport sectors, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery schedules
  • Informed on Disposal, Recycling, and Beneficial Reuse options for project-generated waste
  • Apply strong local knowledge of Victorian streets, areas, and key locations to support effective route planning and scheduling
  • Utilise logistics software and digital tools to monitor, track, and report on vehicle movements and delivery performance

We’re seeking a proactive and practical individual with a strong background in construction or transport logistics. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and understands the operational demands of large-scale projects.

The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise.

  • Exposure to Virtual Superintendent or similar logistics platforms
  • Familiarity with heavy vehicle types
  • Knowledgeable in Waste Categories and Licensing Requirements
  • Experienced in managing Construction & Demolition Waste
  • Strong understanding of Victorian EPA regulations and requirements
  • Skilled in identifying and classifying Spoil Descriptions
  • Team-oriented, safety-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience in construction or transport logistics
  • Familiar with EPA Waste Codes and Waste Tracking Regulations
  • High-level proficiency in computer systems and logistics software
  • A proactive, organised transport coordinator / administrator with strong multitasking skills
  • Proficient in interpreting Waste Classification Reports
