Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Design and deliver overhead and underground electric distribution projects (4 kV-35 kV), acting as the technical lead on medium-complexity work packages.
Provide engineering calculations, construction packages, and field support while coordinating with project managers, drafters, and client utilities.

Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
EIT or PE (or progress toward)
CAD Software Experience.
BSEE (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to independently handle feeder-level OH and UG projects from scoping through Issued-for-Construction (IFC) with minimal oversight.
4 - 10 years in distribution engineering.
Solid understanding of OH and UG distribution design
Strong background in both overhead (OH) and underground (UG) distribution design.
Utility standards experience (e.g., Duke, FPL, PG&E, TECO)
