Co‑op rotations include a Design Engineering role that supports engineering changes, continuous‑improvement initiatives, product documentation, bill‑of‑material updates, and the design and modeling of new products using 3D/2D CAD. The Manufacturing Engineering role involves day‑to‑day operations in manufacturing and quality, continuous‑improvement projects, ISO 9001‑aligned process documentation, and exposure to robotic welding, CNC machining, and laser cutting.
The role may involve lifting up to 50 lb with assistance, various physical movements, and work in a plant environment with potential exposure to harsh weather, temperature extremes, and noise. Travel is not required, and all safety rules must be followed.
Candidates should be safety‑oriented, detail‑focused, and possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills. A solid foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals and proficiency with Microsoft Office, 3D modeling (preferably Inventor), and 2D AutoCAD are required.
Applicants must be pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Technology with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
The 2026 Summer Co‑Op program offers engineering students a multi‑rotation experience focused on design and manufacturing processes. Participants will rotate through different semesters, gaining exposure to various business facets while contributing to real projects.
The company offers generous paid time off, competitive health insurance, 401(k) matching, performance‑based compensation, educational assistance, leadership development, and recognition programs.
