Senior Design Architect

• Oversee delivery, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and visiting sites to ensure quality and design integrity.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, layouts, visualizations, and detailed drawings/documentation.
• Lead design teams of 5-6 people, provide mentorship, and foster a supportive, creative, and growth-oriented environment.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into beautiful, functional office environments.
• Manage budgets, oversee Bill of Quantities (BOQ) creation, track costs, and ensure projects stay within scope.

Experience: ~3-4 years in office interior design (or equivalent)

• Leadership/mentoring experience.
• Good communication skills; ability to work with clients, vendors, team members.
• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience in office interior design.
• Innovate — bring fresh ideas, keep up with industry trends, propose sustainable solutions and materials, and solve design challenges.
• Good experience with BOQ / budget management.
• Exposure to hybrid / flexible workspace planning.
• Experience with sustainable design, new materials.
• ~3-4 years of hands-on experience in office interior / workplace design, preferably working across all project phases: concept to execution.
• Strong design sensibility; attention to detail.
• Proficient with design & documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp / similar).
• Ability to work in or lead cross-functional teams.
