Responsible for developing an understanding of the dynamics of the Roads and Transport industry and creating value-added initiatives that build awareness and usage of the integrated transport system.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information and availability trends through current networking.
Identify & prioritize tactics to maximize RTA brand awareness & usage of various services.
Participate in the development of feasibility study to enhance Return-On-Investment on sales projects.
Participate in the development of marketing budget in order to enhance the provision of projects to support the department.
Develop a research strategy, implement the research and analyse statistics, while recommending improvement areas for all facets of RTA Marketing and Corporate Communications
Fulfil all reporting requirements to all relevant government agencies and abide by rules and regulations.
Ensure achievement of targeted results in each key performance areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Adhere to processes, best practices and indicate ways to enhance new products and services.
Coach and ensure proper implementation of MCC processes and procedures in addition to all MCC lists of services.
Develop and maintain working relationships with RTA community organizations for enhancing service lines of Business.
Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth in the RTA and the department quality plan.
Identify and develop new initiatives for the department, in line with RTA Strategic Priorities.
Ensure proper implementation of the RTA Marketing Strategy.
To develop new Marketing tactics and enhance /expand current tactics.
Review and coordinate all logistics related to MCC marketing projects portfolio.
Develop and analyze statistical data and reports to identify gaps & root cause of problems in on-going activities and propose recommendations for improvement
Monitors assigned activities and/or projects components for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate and expenses within budget limits
Participate in the development of Marketing Strategic Plan for the RTA and its core businesses.
Set goals, establish priorities, manage resources and develop concepts and approaches adhering to the requirements of projects.
Analyze and guide on the research being conducted on the initiatives to be launched. Determine consumer centric, needs-based platforms to focus the new initiatives’ innovation efforts. Ensure understanding and alignment across RTA (MCC, Agencies).
