We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical depth, leadership, and client-facing experience — someone who thrives managing complex projects from design through construction support.

*Must be based in around Portland, OR.

10–20 years of experience managing Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar utility projects.
Experience with regional utilities (e.g., PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, SCL) highly preferred.
Prior engineering consulting experience strongly desired.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or Construction Management).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
