Perform general corporate, commercial, and regulatory work
Focus on legal affairs in South East Asia, identifying and managing risks in JLL’s business operations
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory systems in South East Asia as well JLL’s ethical obligations
Draft and negotiate contracts for various business lines of JLL and assist with tender responses
Support the General Counsel of South East Asia on legal and compliance matters
Assist with global legal, compliance, and special projects
Handle disputes, including HR issues and litigation management
Conduct training on legal, ethics and compliance issues
Provide strategic advice for JLL South East Asia’s operations and develop processes to manage legal risks
