The Assistant Land Consultant role in the Land Services team focuses on researching and delivering high‑quality land ownership information for clients involved in major highway, rail, energy, and water infrastructure projects that require government approval.
Working closely with engineers, environmental specialists, and planners, you will support the Referencing Manager in liaising with landowners, providing data needed for statutory orders and planning submissions, and ensuring accurate land access and compensation processes.
This position offers the chance to develop expertise across significant infrastructure schemes, including vesting orders, compulsory purchase orders, and strategic infrastructure planning, while receiving professional development support from bodies such as RICS or the Royal Geographical Society.
Based in Noida, the role is a permanent position within WSP's largest Land Referencing business, offering the opportunity to contribute to high‑profile projects across the UK and Ireland while joining a collaborative, purpose‑driven community.
