Provide effective and efficient end-to-end case management support for disciplinaries, appeals, grievances and long term sickness cases. In exceptional circumstances attend hearings for complex cases and provide face-to-face advice to management.
Work in partnership with managers and senior leaders, advising and coaching them towards the best possible outcome and solution of Employee Relations issues.
Ensure advice given is; commercial, impartial, consistent, legally compliant and in line with company policies and procedures. Analysing and advising of any risks and/or costs to the business
Provide professional guidance and Employee Relations advice to Colleagues, Managers and Senior Leaders across the Travis Perkins Group via telephone.

Confident and a strong influencer to respectfully challenge and be challenged at all levels
Hold a driving licence and mode of transport
Hold up to date knowledge of employment legislation and good understanding of data protection principles

Experienced in working in a similar HR role and handling Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, long term sickness)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
