Do you have HEART? Senior Lifestyle seeks individuals who embody Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork to enrich the lives of residents. In this role you will oversee and control day‑to‑day operations of all dining services at Addington Place of Titusville.
The position requires adherence to company dining policies, purchasing food and non‑food items with 95% DSSI compliance, balancing raw‑food budgets, and using standard recipes. You will ensure food safety, proper temperatures, portion sizes, and that prescribed diets are offered, while providing residents with choice, dignity, and independence.
- Follow company dining policies and ensure staff compliance.
- Purchase all dining food and non‑food items, achieving 95% DSSI ordering compliance.
- Balance and maintain budgets for raw food and supplies.
- Use company standard recipes for meal production.
- Serve food at proper temperature and portion size to meet food safety standards.
- Offer residents’ prescribed diets when applicable.
- Provide residents with choice, dignity, and independence in dining.
- Develop and implement operating and cleaning procedures for the department.
- Conduct pre‑meal dining stand‑up meetings with service staff.
- Represent the community during health department inspections and ensure corrective actions.
- Complete monthly self‑sanitation audits and maintain clean dining areas.
- Interview, hire, train, manage, discipline, and, if needed, terminate dining staff.
- Schedule food‑service personnel to stay within labor budget constraints.

Qualifications include at least three years of food‑service experience, ServSafe or equivalent certification, and the ability to switch tasks quickly with a positive, professional attitude. Management experience is a plus, and strong communication, patience, and pride in food quality and cleanliness are essential.
