Liaise with HR Shared Services, the Learning and Development team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
Provide administrative and operational support to HR Managers across the employee lifecycle, i.e. recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Manage visa processes for Early Talents, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records
Support and develop professional qualifications programmes, such as ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers)
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with procedures
Collaborate on HR projects related to diversity, inclusion, training, and school partnerships
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees and interns
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Coordinate and support HR events, including apprenticeship/ graduate programmes, university visits, career fairs, and assessment days

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
CIPD qualified or working towards, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Digitally savvy with an understanding of LMS, MS Teams, MS Office and other tools.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
