- Interface with hospital administrators, facilities teams, inspectors, and design partners
- Execution of detailed schedules for structural, MEP systems, medical gas, and infection control
- Drive the team toward predictable outcomes—safe work, clean install, critical path control
- On-site field leadership for major hospital and acute-care construction projects
- Enforce ICRA protocols, life-safety standards, and strict compliance requirements
- Manage daily reports, look-aheads, QA/QC, and issue resolution
- Mentor foremen and support staff while fostering a collaborative jobsite culture
- Daily coordination of trades, site activities, manpower, safety, and inspections

- 5–10+ years of commercial construction field leadership as a full Superintendent
- Proven experience building hospitals (inpatient, towers, surgery suites, imaging, emergency, central utility plants)
- Ability to manage complex phasing, shutdowns, and active healthcare operations
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution skills, and a calm leadership style under pressure
- Deep understanding of MEP-heavy environments and coordination
- Local Seattle/Puget Sound project experience preferred
- Familiarity with ICRA, OSHPD/DOH requirements, life safety, and hospital logistics
