  • Partner with global and regional Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to execute aligned strategies and standards at the site level

  • Proven leadership experience building high-performing teams, developing and mentoring employees, fostering open communication, and driving succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success
  • MBA or master’s
  • Strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes, ERP systems, automation, and production planning
