The role sits within the Complex Facilities, Defence Continuous Improvement function, collaborating with front‑line teams, supply chains and the National Accommodation Management Service to drive data‑led improvement initiatives across the contract.
P&CI Coaches operate across the contract, fostering and coaching continuous improvement within operations, acting as ambassadors for Amey with service families, stakeholder groups and the community.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analysing complex data to generate insights, identifying trends, producing reports, leading Lean, Six Sigma and project‑management improvement projects, challenging existing processes, sharing best practice, embedding cost‑saving initiatives and coaching teams within RAMS.
We are excited to offer a permanent Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead role based in York or Waddington, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel to operational sites (minimum three days per week) and a required driving licence.
Successful candidates will possess a can‑do attitude, be driven self‑starters, detail‑oriented, passionate, focused and able to work accurately at pace.
Candidates should bring experience in data analysis, trend identification, facilitating Lean/change‑management workshops, driving operational change, and be able to work on‑site three days per week; experience as a coach, ILM Level 3 coaching qualification, and Lean Six Sigma certification are desirable.
