Ensure compliance with Siemens safety policies, quality systems, and environmental regulations.
Support resource planning and workforce allocation to meet changing production demands.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve production efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to production staff.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.
Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production goals.
Lead problem-solving activities to address production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
Participate in our celebrations, social events and offsite business events.
Solve the world’s most significant problems – be part of exciting and innovative projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S programs.

Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, production plans, and work instructions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Post-secondary education or Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
Proficiency with MS Office
Knowledge and experience of working with SAP
