- Define and drive the enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including hybrid and multi-cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned to business objectives.
- Design, evaluate, and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions; conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to meet current and future business demands.
- Direct multiple concurrent infrastructure and cloud projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and risk management objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure and cloud operations, maintaining transparent communication with executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Manage relationships with onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors; oversee contracts, service delivery performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team; mentor engineers, foster professional development, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Manage and support on-premise network infrastructure, including Cisco/Meraki switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across the enterprise
- Provide technical leadership during critical incidents, ensuring timely root cause analysis, rapid resolution, and post-incident improvements
- Establish and enforce ITIL-aligned service management practices (incident, change, problem, and release management) to improve service delivery, reduce risk, and maintain compliance.
