Design, implement, and maintain a centralized customs data repository to support export logistics and MM (Material Management) operations.
Act as the primary interface with suppliers to request, track, and validate export-related documentation.
Support the preparation of audit-ready records to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all relevant export-related data (e.g., material specifications, origin details) are accurately captured, updated, and maintained within the database.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, compliance workflows, and documentation standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., material handling, logistics) to align data and documentation requirements with global trade compliance standards.
Monitor documentation compliance and proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.

Advanced Excel or database skills are a plus.
2–4 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, export documentation, or supply chain data management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP MM or similar) and data tools for database management.
Proactive problem-solver with a structured and organized working style.
