• Safety & Quality: Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement in quality standards.
• Negotiations: Lead executive‑level contract and change order negotiations.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee project delivery nationwide, ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers, owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams across all regions.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute company‑wide construction operations strategy, aligning with corporate goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building capabilities.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong business acumen, risk management expertise, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex construction portfolios.
