Works under standard office conditions and follows a results-oriented approach, which may frequently require working beyond typical hours to meet business needs.
Persuasion: Effective advocate in regulatory, contractual, and internal advisory settings.
Constitutional Law
Bachelor’s Degree plus professional degree, Juris Doctor or equivalent and successful admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
Limited Litigation: Experienced in handling administrative proceedings and regulatory hearings.
